Information for website visitors and business contacts who communicate with FungoMate.
01. Who we are
FungoMate is operated by Ningbo Hi-tech Longsen Century Imp And Exp Co., Ltd., based in Ningbo, China. In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.
This policy describes our handling of personal information connected with this website and business inquiries about pet products, OEM/ODM development and related supply services. For the processing described here, we are responsible for deciding why and how the information is used.

02. Information covered by this policy
Depending on how you contact us and the stage of your project, the information involved may include:
- Business contact details: your name, company, business email, telephone number, messaging account and country or target market.
- Inquiry and project information: product interests, estimated quantities, specifications, references, branding requirements, timing and correspondence.
- Order-related contact information: billing or delivery contact details and information needed to coordinate samples, an agreed order or shipment.
- Website technical information: information made available to website infrastructure, such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. The information recorded depends on the services operating the website.
You provide most business information directly. A colleague acting for your business may also give us your details for a project. Please share only information that is relevant and that you are entitled to provide.
03. How the inquiry form works
The current Contact Us form prepares an email draft in your browser. Clicking Prepare Email Inquiry does not submit the form to our company or automatically send an email.
If you choose Open in Email App, the draft is passed to your email application. If you choose Copy Inquiry, the text is copied to your device clipboard where supported. We receive your inquiry only when you send it through email or another contact channel.
The draft feature does not save your form entries to cookies or browser storage. Your email application, device clipboard and messaging providers handle information according to their own settings and policies.
Contact details and project information help us understand and respond to your request. Providing them is voluntary, but we may be unable to discuss your project without sufficient information or a way to contact you.
04. Why we use information
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, discuss specifications, prepare quotations, coordinate samples and orders, communicate about delivery, manage business records, maintain website security and address disputes or legal obligations.
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, the bases for these activities are set out below. Contract-related processing applies where the contract is with you as an individual; communication with employees of a corporate customer is generally considered separately as a business relationship interest.

Marketing choice. Sending a product inquiry does not by itself subscribe you to a marketing list. If you receive marketing from us, you can ask us to stop by emailing alian@shinegifts.com.
07. International handling of information
We operate in China. Information you send to our business may be received and processed in China, and relevant service providers may process information in other locations. Data protection rules can differ between countries.
If a particular disclosure is subject to EU, UK or another jurisdiction’s international-transfer rules, an appropriate lawful arrangement is required for that disclosure. Your decision to contact us does not, by itself, replace safeguards required by applicable law.

08. How long information is kept
Retention is determined by the purpose of the information and the obligations connected with it, rather than by a single period for every record:
- Inquiries and project discussions: the time needed to respond, continue a relevant project and manage reasonable follow-up, taking account of when meaningful contact last occurred.
- Samples, orders and business records: the duration of the relationship and any applicable accounting, tax, customs, contractual or dispute-related retention requirements.
- Technical and security records: the period relevant to operating the service, investigating an incident and the retention settings of the service involved.
Information should be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, subject to records that must be retained. You may ask us about the retention criteria applying to a particular record.
09. Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restricted use or a portable copy of relevant personal information. These rights can be subject to conditions and exceptions.
Your right to object. Where applicable, you can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including by explaining your situation. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact alian@shinegifts.com and describe your request. We may need reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office. In the EEA, you may contact the authority in the country where you live, work or consider an infringement occurred.
10. Security, external links and children
Personal information should be handled with appropriate access restrictions and safeguards for the activity involved. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Links to WhatsApp or other external services take you to services with their own privacy practices. If you choose an externally translated page from the language switcher, the translation provider will also process that visit under its own policies. Review those policies before providing information through those channels.
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
The inquiry-draft feature does not make automated credit, eligibility or similar decisions about visitors.
11. Updates and privacy contact
We may update this policy as the website, business activities or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Where a new use requires additional information or a separate choice, that should be provided when relevant.
