Let’s Build Your Brief
Your next collection
starts here.
Tell us what you want to develop and what matters to your brand. Start with the details you know; material choices, samples and order terms can be discussed as the brief takes shape.

Share the details you know. Fields marked * are required.

If your email app does not open or the draft is incomplete, copy the inquiry into your usual email service. Preparing a draft does not send the message.
After You Send Your Brief
Agree the next practical step.
01 · Understand
Clarify the requirements
Review the product direction, references and any missing details needed for a useful development discussion.
02 · Evaluate
Review feasible options
Discuss materials, customization, quantities and the scope of sample work for your product.
03 · Align
Confirm the next action
Agree the information, quotation review or sample development needed to move the project forward.
Submitting a project brief does not place an order or confirm a price, MOQ or delivery date. Commercial terms and development scope are agreed separately for your project.
Before You Send
A few helpful answers.
Has the brief been sent when I click Prepare Project Brief?
No. The page prepares a draft. Open your email app and send it yourself, or copy the text into webmail. Downloading the brief also does not send it.
Can I attach artwork or a reference sample photo?
Attach files after opening your email app. This page does not upload files. You can include a reference URL in the form to help explain the product direction.
What if I do not know the quantity or target cost yet?
Leave optional fields blank and describe your planning stage in the project details. Quantities and cost priorities can be discussed, but the eventual order depends on confirmed specifications and feasible quantities.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Include your sample requirements and intended timing in the brief. Sample scope, fees, revisions and delivery arrangements need to be reviewed and agreed for the product.
