How do I know my inquiry has been submitted?
After a successful submission, a confirmation appears on this page. If an error appears, your details stay in the form so you can try again or contact us through WhatsApp.
Can I attach artwork or a reference sample photo?
Email artwork, drawings or reference photos to betty@fungomate.com. Include your company name so we can match the files to your inquiry. You can also paste a reference link into Project details.
What if I do not know the quantity or target cost yet?
Describe your product idea and planning stage in Project details. Quantities, cost priorities and timing can be discussed as the specifications develop.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Include your sample requirements and intended timing in the brief. Sample scope, fees, revisions and delivery arrangements need to be reviewed and agreed for the product.
