01. Website operator and scope

This website is operated under the FungoMate brand by Ningbo Hi-tech Longsen Century Imp And Exp Co., Ltd., based in Ningbo, China.

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the website and communicating through its contact channels. They apply to information about pet harnesses and walking gear, travel bags and carriers, pet apparel and related OEM/ODM services.

The website is intended for business sourcing and product development discussions. It is not presented as a consumer checkout service.

02. Website information and product examples

Product descriptions, photographs, illustrations and development examples provide general information. They do not, by themselves, confirm stock availability, a final specification, a quotation or suitability for a particular application.

Materials, colors, construction, dimensions and packaging shown may differ from the specification ultimately agreed for an order. Display settings can also affect the appearance of colors.

Before relying on a detail for a purchase or development decision, ask us to confirm it against your project requirements.

03. Inquiries and communication

Provide accurate contact and project information and act with authority for the business you represent. An inquiry is a request for discussion; it does not create a purchase order or require either party to proceed.

The Contact Us form currently prepares an email draft. You must send that draft through your email application. Generating or copying the draft does not send it to FungoMate.

A thank-you page, automated acknowledgment or informal discussion does not constitute acceptance of an order, approval of a specification or a guarantee that a message was received.

04. Quotations and orders

Price, currency, quantity, minimum order requirements, quotation validity, payment arrangements and other commercial details are confirmed for the particular project.

A quotation may depend on assumptions about materials, construction, assortment, packaging or shipment. If those details change, the quotation may need to be reviewed before confirmation.

Whether and when a binding transaction is formed depends on the communications, agreed terms and applicable law. Do not treat a website page as an order confirmation.

05. Samples, customization and approvals

Sample scope, development fees, revision work and timing should be agreed before the relevant work begins. A reference or prototype may require refinement before it is suitable for production.

For customized projects, the parties should identify the specifications and approvals needed, which may include measurements, material references, colors, components, logo placement, labels, packaging and agreed testing requirements.

Requests made after approval may affect cost, material availability or timing. Any resulting change should be discussed and confirmed for the project.

Rights to designs, tooling, development work and any exclusive arrangements must be agreed separately where relevant. No exclusivity is created merely by sending an inquiry.

06. Materials you provide and website content

Only send drawings, photographs, logos, specifications or other materials that you have the right to share for the intended purpose. Tell us about any restrictions relevant to reviewing or using them.

Submitting materials permits their review and use to the extent needed to discuss the project you requested. It does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted right to use your brand. Broader production rights, confidentiality commitments and intellectual-property ownership should be addressed in the relevant agreement.

FungoMate website content and branding, and any third-party material used on the website, remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. You may use product information for legitimate internal sourcing review; broader reproduction or commercial use requires the relevant permission.

07. Delivery, product requirements and quality issues

Production schedules, delivery dates, shipping arrangements, allocation of transport costs and any agreed trade terms are specific to the transaction. Website content does not establish a delivery promise.

Testing, labeling, documentation and destination-market requirements should be identified during project review, and the respective responsibilities agreed in the order terms. A product image or general description does not establish certification or regulatory approval.

If there is a concern about an agreed sample or order, contact us with the order reference, affected items and supporting information. Inspection arrangements, remedies, returns or claims are governed by the applicable order terms and law.

These website terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of remedies or replace mandatory product-related obligations.

08. Responsible use of the website

Use the website lawfully and in a way that respects other people’s rights. Do not:

• Submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for a business.
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website’s operation or introduce malicious code.
